Srobon is a seasoned leader whose dynamic, innovative, and transformative leadership spans decades across the ESG, financial services, and consulting sectors. His wealth of experience in the ESG space includes leading global teams in developing ESG strategies and region-specific ESG ratings products for several large firms across Europe, UK, and India. Srobon is a Member of Director’s Institute – World Council of Directors and a Member of Technical Group – The ESG Exchange, South Africa. He is a music enthusiast and enjoys playing western classical guitar.
Swayam Dash
Managing Director
Swayam is an entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Grand View Research. He has created and executed multiple projects and technologies across healthcare, information technology, consulting, and energy and utility sectors, helping the firm evolve into one of the largest market intelligence companies. Swayam has mentored and helped secure funding for 20+ startups globally and is an active board representative for startups focused on angel investing and B2C products. Swayam enjoys playing tennis and has a passion for playing western classical guitar.
Jugal Punjabi
Chief Financial Officer
Jugal is an accomplished finance professional with years of experience in financial analysis, financial strategy, and due diligence. He is an expert in developing and implementing financial policies, establishing financial strategies & controls, and optimizing profitability in dynamic environments, with expertise across consumer goods and retail, manufacturing, BFSI, and technology & IT services sectors. Jugal is a Chartered Accountant and holds an executive degree in strategic finance from IIM Lucknow, and has collaborated with legal experts, regulators, and investors to simplify financial forecasting and modeling for clients.

Vineet has been a business builder for the last couple of decades, with his last stint seeing him scale SG Analytics into a formidable data analytics company. Prior to that, he was in the founding teams of Amba Research (acquired by Moody’s) and Brickwork. Vineet is also an active investor and writer who has invested in 20+ startups across climate tech, sustainability, fintech, and deep tech, and has recently published a book on Angel Investing.

Dr. Todd Arthur Bridges is a globally accomplished leader in the sustainable investment space and serves as Strategic Advisor to NeoImpact. He has pioneered sustainability-linked value creation, building transformative products and technology solutions that solve challenges across ESG performance, regulatory reporting, and climate transition in various industry domains. He is passionate about driving sustainable economic growth and generating sustainable returns on investment for both public and private firms. His previous experience includes serving as Head of Sustainability at ESG Book, Head of Sustainability Research at State Street Global Advisors, and Head of Sustainability Research at Ethic. Premier global institutions such as the European Commission, SEC, SASB, IFRS, ISSB, TCFD, SBTi, NZDPU, and EDCI have sought Dr. Bridges’ technical consultation.

Rubik Angelo Barar is the Chief Technology Officer at NeoImpact, leading platform engineering, security, DevOps, and technology operations for the firm’s Sustainability Intelligence solutions. With over a decade of experience in market intelligence, data analytics, automation technologies, and enterprise SaaS, Rubik drives NeoImpact’s product and technology strategy across private markets. His focus includes building secure, scalable, audit-ready infrastructure to automate ESG data, enable portfolio-level intelligence, and support regulatory-grade reporting for PE/VC firms, asset managers, and global enterprises. Rubik holds a PMP certification, an MBA in Finance, and has cleared the CISA and CRISC examinations, bringing strong expertise in platform governance, risk management, and information security.

Nanduri Prashanti serves as AVP and Head of Consulting & Client Engagement at NeoImpact, leading the development of comprehensive ESG strategies and climate change solutions. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in decarbonization, ESG reporting, and full-scope GHG accounting. Nanduri spearheads the creation of net-zero targets and ESG policies, providing customized reporting frameworks and leveraging global standards such as GRI, UNSDGs, EDCI, and UNPRI. She has worked with organizations like UNDP and WRI on key sustainability projects, helping clients enhance ESG performance and align with global best practices.
